Despite being a relatively quiet day in terms of schedule saturation, Thursday was exciting for a pair of PDL players involved in the action.

Cincinnati Dutch Lions midfielder Patrick Guier had a strong night for the University of Charleston, as he knocked in the opening goal in what was ultimately a 2-1 victory over Wheeling Jesuit. Also going a full 90 minutes in the match was Oklahoma City Energy FC U23 forward William Roberts.

Elsewhere in NAIA action, Thunder Bay Chill defender Mitchell Osmond continued his stellar start to his University of Rio Grande career, scoring a game-winning goal in the RedStorm's 1-0 win over Indiana Tech.

NCAA DII

Patrick Guier started, played 73 minutes and provided ONE GOAL in Charleston's 2-1 win vs. Wheeling Jesuit.

William Roberts started and played 90 minutes in Charleston's 2-1 win vs. Wheeling Jesuit.

NAIA

Mitchell Osmond started, played 90 minutes and provided ONE GOAL in Rio Grande's 1-0 win vs. Indiana Tech.

Jorge Guinovart did not play in Rio Grande's 1-0 win vs. Indiana Tech.
